IQBBA TRAININGS

Integrated in our 2014 catalog, IQBBA ® certification is intended for the business analyst in order to enable them to better express their needs.

This certifying training makes it possible to establish the initial link between the employment and Project Manager, in charge of carrying out the projects. In particular, this training places the interests of business at the heart of developments.

To date, IQBBA ® certifying training is provided on one single level: Foundation.

It is recognized internationally and is used upstream of other testing activities. The feedback from operational contexts increasingly demonstrates that it is essential to know how to define its needs, which is a link to each computer project.

The Needs Expression involves actors who, although they have different responsibilities and skills, must work together and imperatively understand each other so that the project does not take a wrong direction from the start. The audience concerned by this training includes:

• The MOA (Owner)
• The MOE (Project Management)
• Project Managers
• Technical and Functional Architects
• Quality Engineers as well as Methods and Tools Manager

The training brings together individuals with different responsibilities and experiences, which allow to enrichen the exchanges and facilitates understanding of the importance for Needs Expression as well as its consequences throughout a said project.

Understand where this certification stands in relation to the other curricula, which are better known to date (ISTQB, REQB, TMMi):

For the certification, the examination is in the form of a multiple choice questionnaire (40 questions in 1 hour). This examination takes place at the end of the training session.

The key value for the certificate is that the development of questions and curricula is always carried out independently of the training organizations, in order to guarantee complete independence and objectivity.
